“I believe polio is a stigma as we are one of only three countries that have not stamped out polio virus, though we have the potential to eradicate it like the rest of the world. If we do not end polio, it can spread to other countries and earn us a bad name.Polio eradication is necessary for the future of our children and society and the entire world. I strive to spread awareness about polio, especially in my own community where I live. I raise awareness through workshops and train teams to convert refusals. Even though I work in a number of designated areas, I do not hesitate educating whoever is around me.”
